Ordering
By submitting your order you are entering into a contract to buy the goods. We will use your personal details for the purposes of supplying the goods you have ordered. Our website information is regularly checked, but due to variations in currencies prices often go up or down. If we are unable to supply the goods at the price shown we will contact you to see if you wish to proceed with the order.
Delivery
We aim to deliver all goods within 28 days of purchase. Goods should be inspected when you receive them for defects or damage. If the packaging is damaged please inform the courier at the time you receive the item. If you find a defective or damaged item please inform us as soon as possible.

Cancellation of Order and Returns
As a consumer you have the right in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract and receive a refund. You must inform us in writing within seven working days starting on the day the goods are delivered to you of your wish to return the goods. You must return the goods to us at your own cost or you may ask us to arrange collection, which will be chargeable. The goods must be unopened and in new condition, with all packaging present. We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less any costs we may have incurred for collection.
